A 20-foot, 40-foot or 40-foot high-cube container is selected around the cargo dimensions, weight and loading requirements. Ask for a comparison of port-to-port and door delivery costs; a low ocean rate alone does not represent the full landed cost.

If your warehouse is elsewhere in the Baltics, include the final postcode. We will assess the discharge port and inland delivery together. For smaller volumes, ask whether LCL consolidation is more suitable than a dedicated container.

Air freight from China through Riga Airport (RIX)

For urgent or time-sensitive business cargo, request air freight from China to RIX. Include the supplier address, package count, gross weight and dimensions of each package so the quote can account for chargeable weight and handling.

We can coordinate pickup at origin, air transport, customs clearance arrangements at RIX and delivery to Riga, Daugavpils, Bauska, Jūrmala or another Latvian address. Specify which stages you need and who is responsible for export formalities.

Electronics, batteries, liquids and temperature-sensitive goods require additional information. Send the product description and any available safety or handling documents before booking; acceptance depends on the cargo and carrier.

How long does China–Latvia shipping take?

Air freight is usually the faster option; sea freight suits shipments whose delivery deadline allows a longer transit. The actual schedule depends on the origin, cargo readiness, available departures, connections and customs processing.
